Location to LSU was great. Mall and restaurants were very close. We had a pleasant time when we checked in. The young lady was very informative. She gave added information without being asked. She was excellent, but I did not get her name

Amazing, friendly staff- They were available when needed. Had a smile and greeted guests. Super clean rooms even though there was a wait at check in. The best breakfast that I have ever had at any hotel. Keep it up!

Room was nice and spacious. Very clean and attractive. We loved the location, it was close to shopping and restaurants. We would stay there again. Nice price too!

It was nice and clean. The hallways did not have dust or dirt along the hallway. The elevator was slow but it was due to one was out of order. The staff was nice even offered pool towels when we inquired about the pool. The bed was a little hard but not uncomfortable.

The breakfast was really good. You can tell the staff really cares The room was very comfortable. My only take back is i think the sheets could smell cleaner And vacuuming needs more attention. The room was very comfortable and we will definitely stay again. Very close to everything. Mall is directly across the the street. Walking distance.
